Travel planning is exhausting for the million reasons and the countless hours we devote to finalizing where we will invest our money for finding the ultimate travel experience. Midst the tangle of ‘travel information’ available on the internet we attempt to decipher and list the places that we should not miss, the cuisine that we must indulge in, the activities we ought to accomplish, the souvenirs we must collect and architecting memories that we will carry home. As we turn pages and gaze at galaxy of opinions about the best hotel / B&B, the must see places and mustn't miss food we are not spoil t with choice but the far more frustrating fact about the star gazing is in not knowing which star will take us to the proverbial ‘Bethlehem’ of our trip.

As a fellow traveller, backpacker and drifter I too have been gazing at these opinions and blending them to make the perfect ‘cocktail-of-a-tour’ every time I venture out. I am not complaining but I have felt the need to build a miniature ‘personalised-travel-guidebook’ which could serve as a quick reference point for the entire traveller needs. And hence the cautionary note that I almost forgot to add “all opinions stated in the blog are personal and based on the experiences of myself and my close friends”.

In this blog I will strive to balance being comprehensive and yet avoid dumping information on you. What I promise to provide in the blog that follows are balanced facts on the places history, Traditions & culture, food, weather, language, safety, transportation, visa and currency coupled with funny little anecdotes. Sure we may not be able to include the magical places tucked across forgotten country sides and in-between confusing urban lanes. And sure that is the purpose of this site, to give as much of information about a place and save your efforts on the search hence thereby ensuring you have time to explore and find magic on the trip.
So get packing and as the “the world is yours to embrace!!”
